Developed with the aid of historic experts, the townhomes emulate brownstones built in Manhattan and Brooklyn in the nineteenth century, with multi-level, high-end designs. The attention to traditional detail extended to the energy-efficient windows. All the units have classic multi-pane appearances, generous dimensions and multi-unit assemblies to take full advantage of the expansive Hudson Harbor views. In addition, the site was planned to meet criteria for designation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified site, perfectly complementing the development's position in the middle of historic landmarks and forests.
