Project Highlights
The large round top assemblies were constructed in three pieces:
-
The lower assembly consisted of rectangular picture windows, an operating single hung unit with custodial locks, and transom units glazed with spandrelglass to mask the structural components of the second floor. A new profiled extruded mull cover was applied at the vertical and horizontal mulls.
-
The center unit of the large assembly was direct glazed with an aluminum panel. A simulated divided lite bar was applied to the aluminum panel in order to replicate the existing profile.
-
The arched unit at the top consisted of five round tops mulled with a custom three-piece mull system. A profiled piece was milled and applied to the mull.
